Biking Boys

We've had some beautiful weather in TX. The boys are enjoying riding bikes, scooters, and our (almost) nightly walks. We (again) planted a garden in the backyard. Pics to follow. Here are several pics of the boys playing in the front yard. Math. is quite skilled on his tricycle, working on mastery of his two-wheel bike with training wheels. Nicholas is always around, lending little bro a hand.

We are in the middle of T-BALL season!!! This week in particular is our mid-season tournament with our third game of the week taking place tonight. Nicholas really enjoys t-ball & adores his new coach. He's also been reading an "Everything Baseball" book and tells me facts & tips all the time! Tuesdays game was exciting - if we lost, we faced elimination from the tournament. Nicholas had a great game, defensively, recording two of three outs in one inning by tagging the base runners. He also had a home run (probably should have been a single or double... but home run it was!)! It was a great game for the Brewers!
Matthew still loves watching the games - he shouts & yells at the players (GO BREWERS! Pitcher Pitch, Batter Bat!). He also loves playing in the dirt (see picture below). What a fun time for the Savage boys!
